Worship

1. JOY TO THE WORLD! the Lord has come; Let earth receive her King.

Let every heart prepare Him room, And heaven and nature sing,

And heaven and nature sing, And heaven, and heaven and nature sing!

2.Joy to the earth! the Saviour reigns; Your sweetest songs employ.

While fields and streams and hills and plains Repeat the sounding joy,

Repeat the sounding joy, Repeat, repeat the sounding joy!

3.He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove

The glories of His righteousness, The wonders of His love,

The wonders of His love, The wonders, the wonders of His love.

1 You stepped down from heaven, Humbly You came

God of all creation here with us, In a starlit man-ger

Emmanuel, Light of the world, Here to save

Chorus

Adore, come let us adore, O come let us adore Him!

The Lord, worship Christ the Lord, Let all that is within us, Adore

2 Wise men bring their treasures, Shepherds bow low

Angel voices sing of peace on earth, What have I to off-er to heaven's King?

I will bring my life, my love my all

Chorus......... Angels sing, praises ring, To the newborn King, Peace on earth here with us, Joy awakening

At Your feet, we fall,

1 We bow our hearts, we lift our hands, we turn our eyes to you again

And we surrender to the truth, that all we need is found in You

Chorus- Receive our adoration, Jesus Lamb of God , Receive our adoration ,

How wonderful you are

2 We choose to leave it all behind, And turn our eyes towards the prize

The upward call of God in Christ, You have our hearts, Lord take our lives

Every soul You've saved sings out, everything you've made resounds

all creation's standing now, lifting up your name

We're caught up in the angel's song, We're gathered to your ancient throne

Children in our Father's arms, Shouting out your praise

I have heard so many songs, Listened to a thousand tongues But there is one that sounds above them all, The Father's song the Father's love You sung it over me and for eternity, It's written on my heart

Chorus

Heaven's perfect melody, The Creator's symphony You are singing over me, The Father's song Heaven's perfect mystery, The King of Love has sent for me And now You're singing over me, The Father's song

Lord, open us up to receive your message this week. Continue to be our guide and our provider.

Sermon

Reading: Luke 2-14. The Angel's song.

Over all the earth, You reign on high Every mountain stream, Every sunset sky But my one request, Lord my only aim Is that You'd reign in me again

Lord reign in me, Reign in Your power Over all my dreams, In my darkest hour You are the Lord, Of all I am So won't You reign in me again

Over every thought, Over every word May my life reflect, The beauty of my Lord 'Cause You mean more to me, Than any earthly thing So won't You reign in me again,

1 Angels from the realms of glory, Wing your flight o’er all the earth;

Ye who sang creation’s story, Now proclaim Messiah’s birth:

Chorus

Come and worship, Christ, the new-born King.

Come and worship, Worship Christ, the new-born King.

2 Shepherds, in the field abiding, Watching o’er your flocks by night,

God with man is now residing, Yonder shines the infant-light:
