What should I expect from a service?
People often like to get to get to HIBC a bit before 10:30am to meet up and chat. If it's your first time, you can grab a free Welcome Pack with information about HIBC from the information table.
During the service there will be worship; you can sing along with us however there is no pressure to join in.
There is also a message or sermon in the service; this is usual about 20-30minutes long and helps us to explore the Bible and how it applies to our lives.

What are the Tithes/Offerings?
This is the part of the service where the membership worships God with their financial giving. HIBC is independently financed by its members, and tithes and offerings go towards various community outreaches and the upkeep of the church, enabling us to do what we do! If it's your first time at HIBC, don't feel under any pressure to give; just allow the offering bags to pass you by.

Can I take Communion?
Anyone who loves the Lord Jesus Christ and wants to follow Him is able to take communion. Please note it the wine is non-alcoholic
